Last week, I was complaining on my star ratings system on my websites, and I figure out a point that stars are good for… SEO crawlers. I am not bot crawler (I don’t think so), I am a human and simple stars notation is not enough for me to understand my visitors or my customers. I want feedbacks. Then, I search on AppSumo and I found this rising star, Zonka Feedback.
This tool is freaking awesome. In one hour, I finish to implement my first feedback survey on my website. It runs like a charm.
The support is very reactive (Thanks Sonika for your patience). I have questions on different language surveys, and she answer me very quickly.
This tool is young and promising.

What is Zonka?

Well it says : a Greek word for “wisdom, knowledge, teaching, skill related to everyday life, sound judgment, prudence” yeah that’s right I agree with these words; Zonka is great software that includes survey, feedback, report, track, analytics and many more… It is using award winning NPS, CES & CSAT tools to measure almost every answer in polls to direct you best choices and decisions. A beautiful & colorful dashboard welcomes you, there are lots of templates & opportunities to select what you needs also you can start from scratch. A little request from me : please add more integrations. Thank you.

A great deal that is destined to get better with time

So far, I have been quite impressed with Zonka Feedback. The survey creation and setup were straightforward, and they have a good selection of templates to choose from. I would like to see some improvements in the visual presentation and the public user interface/customer experience.

Reports are well defined and easy to read with Zonka. I like the integration with Google Sheets as it allows for automating the creation of even more detailed reports. There is a healthy choice of additional integrations that I have yet to explore.

Zonka Feedback reporting is pretty good, and like many of the best deals on AppSumo, it is a safe bet that this new product is will only get better with time.

Five Tacos for an Amazing tool

Zonka Feedback is amazing. It is one of the best tools that do what it does on the market. Although it is label feedback, Zonka is an effective tool that can be used to collect data for all purposes. My first use case is market research and pricing research. For me especially, Zonka is a great alternative to Survey Monkey.

Major things I like:
– Ease of use. No need of major tech knowledge to create create survey
– SMS sending ability. Amazing this was included in this Lifetime deal.
– CNAME and White label to some point. We all like CNAME. It is good for brand identity and brand awareness.
– CX Metrics (NPS, CES, CSAT)
– Zonka can be used as an effective CRM software, even though some key features are missing.
– Integration to key tools like Airtable, Google Sheets, Intercom, Hubspot, etc.

Things that would improve the product:
* The ability to change page format and put many question on one page (now it is 1 question per page)
* The ability to add number field in forms without using regex code (this is the way it is now)
* The ability to allow file upload would be great.
* CNAME configuration is too tedious at this point. Knowledgeable user should have the ability to configure CNAME with delay or the intervention of Zonka support.
* The ability to change SMS Header. This is important. They say this will be live soon. I hope it will not be as tedious as the CNAME.
One more thing: * Tag should be included on this deal. especially the highest Tier. It seems unfair to offer all this capability in the Tier 5 without allowing users to create Tag survey takers. NOT COOL.

Amazing 5 tacos!!!!

This tool is just amazing, and has a lot of amazing features that will help you to analyze your audience. I wanted to get Qwary, but the boundaries weren’t too good. Unlike Marquiz and other monitoring tools on Appsumo, Zonka Feedback dominates the competition when it comes to my use case. I saw another device that is still on Appsumo Marketplace, but did not include an SMS feature in the contract, which automatically disappoints me. With up to 4,000 text messages, Zonka is well worth a look. It is possible to reach people via SMS instantly, and there is a high possibility that users will open the link in their texts high as it is at their fingertips. I have one request. Please provide us with the Growth Plan for the full stack, and 10-stack for the enterprise plan. If you had offered this, I would have been very happy. Or better yet give us something better than this offer. I don’t want to have two separate accounts. Thanks for bringing this deal to the Appsumo community.
