❓ What are “deep actions” SyncSpider performs?
An example of a deep integration would be -New sale on Amazon (trigger) -> Search for updated rows (so there are no duplicates) -> FIlter that data by certain criteria (e.g., if the product needs shipping) -> Send Order data for processing and fulfillment -> Stock gets updated on eBay to avoid overselling.

❓ Can you add products from google sheets to Woocommerce?
Sure you can! WooCommerce is one of our most popular integration modules, and Google Sheets is extremely easy to work with and offers a lot of flexibility and automation possibilities.

❓ Could you please clarify more regarding the difference between the Starter vs. Pro vs. Agency Plans again?
So the main difference is the interval, and yes – the starter interval on Appsumo is better than on our direct plans. We agreed with Appsumo to give Sumo-lings this benefit.

Also, there might be upcoming features that can only be released to pro or agency plans due to complexity.
So we divided it into three tiers to make it possible to differentiate. Basic integrations will be available always in the starter plan, while complex integrations or features could be released only in pro+ (no intentions at the moment, but we do not know what time brings)

The main difference is the volume you get for the number of deals you purchase. The more products you have (if we are talking about ecom), the more volume you need 🙂

❓ If I have a Shopify store with ten different collections, can I sync it to 10 different Woocommerce stores for each collection?
Yes, this is possible. I am not sure if we provide a filter for collection already, but if not we either can try to implement it, or you can set up the integration using a workaround:

Step 1: Shopify to Google Sheet (or CSV hosted on SyncSpider)
Step 2: Spreadsheet to Woocommerce, while filtering for the collection.

❓ Does WordPress integrations include CPTs (Custom post types)?
Yes, our WordPress integration also works with custom post types and also Users.
We had very interesting integrations with the custom post type feature. For one client, we filled up a custom post type with a “dealer search” where the contact details are coming from Odoo, sent to WordPress.

SyncSpider is a great investment and should be in your tool chest for automating your back office. Over a year ago, I purchased the original LTD agency plan after learning more about the founders and development team based in Austria. They were already established and working towards brand recognition and were said to compete with Zapier. Now, they are focusing on automation of eCommerce platforms, which make more sense as the integration market is heating up.

When originally offered, there were only a few integrations but the system had great potential. Because of this limitation and since most services offered a Webhook integration, my need was the implementation of inbound and outbound Webhooks. This was the way get data into SyncSpider, process it, and push it out of SyncSpider via external API. After emailing, chatting, and speaking with Norbert and Aleks regarding possible implementation, I see that after further engineering, this process is now completed and working well. The only thing missing in the external API, is to implement the DELETE request or method in cases that require removal of items from a target during a data sync.

Today, there are now over 150 integrations and growing. The UI and backend are getting faster but there is always room for improvement. The backend should also allow for target integrations, such as BetterUptime, to be reusable as a target within the same Task (eg. create a monitor, create a status page) . Also, it would be nice to see some of the newer CRM deals integrated with SyncSpider like Deskera CRM, Clientjoy, as well as other ERPs like Flexie CRM. This would provide a huge benefit for Appsumo buyers. However, users can still utilize Webhooks as needed until implemented.

Also, the SyncSpider support is very cheerful, prompt, helpful, and will connect you to the right person to best answer questions or to come up with the best possible solutions immediately. I’ve also collaborated over their chat on elaborating on new integrations.

Lastly, my recommendation is to buy this if you are planning on automating your business and especially your eCommerce business. Or, if you have clients, like me, that want you to setup the automation for them and get paid for it, then the larger plans that have subaccounts are the way to go. Therefore, I have no doubt that SyncSpider Coupon code will accelerate its growth after their launch on Appsumo and we will see major things coming out daily.
