Simple and effective
I bought Juphy because their roadmap includes email and this is what I really wanted. But, in the past week, it’s been an invaluable tool to catch spammers on my Facebook business page. I would have missed the 23 new comments on 23 separate 6-week old posts had it not been for Juphy. It was already a wonderfully simple yet effective app. I can see all the conversations and don’t have to search for them on my Social channels. Set up was super easy too. And this extra level of security for me is priceless.
Streamlines my support team’s efforts!
Currently I have my team jumping around to answer every single comment and DM across all my social platforms. This has paid dividends for my business but it’s a pain for the team.
– Going on Crisp (our support ticket system) to answer Twitter DMs
– Going on SproutSocial (social publishing software) to answer Twitter comments, Instagram comments and Instagram DMs
– Going on Facebook to answer FB messenger and FB page comments through the inbox
– Giving them access to my YouTube channel to answer comments, copying the technical comments that they can’t answer into a spreadsheet so that someone from the Tech team can answer it. Then they copy and paste the answer back into YouTube as a reply. Furthermore, YouTube doesn’t have a support role so my team has access to delete all my videos which is a risk I’m taking.
Juphy eliminates ALL of that.
