A solid piece of software
I’ve been using Jivochat for the last few weeks and can say that it’s a really good piece of software. Specifically, it was quick and easy to install the chat on each web site and I could do it via Google Tag manager. The agent schedule works good. The mobile app is stable. The outgoing call feature using your current business phone number as its caller ID also worked flawlessly and was quick to setup (they need to verify that you own the existing phone number in order to use it in the caller ID).
In short, if you don’t mind their branding everyone is complaining about, this is a great deal. It seems the team is set on just getting the word out on their software and not making money on appsumo… so no stacking codes to upgrade plans or such to remove their branding… an unfortunate decision in my view, but regardless this is the great deal for the price.
Well established, mature product
When I first saw Jivochat on Appsumo I immediately bought it. Usually I am quite picky when it comes to buying a product on Appsumo, but it is a no brainer. For me Jivochat is associated with a live chat product.
Pros
1. Mature product – no glitches, established MRR, company will continue to improve product in the future and don’t disappear suddenly.
2. Messenger integrations (Whats App, Facebook, Telegram). It’s great to write direct to users preferred messenger
3. Built in CRM helps to track all leads.
Cons
1. Yes, they don’t have branding removal, but for me it isn’t so important as I get more value with LTD.
Great value for the money!
Perfect for our startup
We’ve started using Jivo and we really love it. The app has a nice UI.
1. The built in CRM will now allow us to add clients and follow up on time and efficiently. No more losing clients.
2. We are still working on adding SMS, a phone number and whatsapp! but the idea of being able to send texts directly from Jivo is just exciting.
3. We also have an option to have clients order directly via Jivo! Yay!

Oh, one thing we expected but did not get was facebook comments but apprently FB does not send that data so we’ll just have to make due with what we are getting which is still a very good deal!
Perfect for Single Companies
If you have a single company, running the live chat (and team chat) is great inside Jivochat.

What I like about the platform itself is their mobile app, built in triggers / pre-chat buttons, and a lot of advanced functionalities including access to their Chat API.
What I don’t like at the moment is the customization I can do on their widget. No matter the color change, it is still JivoChat’s! Otherwise, there’s too few integrations with AppSumo launched tools like SuiteDash, Sendfox, and others. Likewise, could have used a subaccount feature to manage multiple organizations with a single email login.
All in all, for a mature solution for live chat software for 5 agents and 10 team members is still a steal in my opinion!
Branding Is Horrible, Product Is Good
JivoChat is a good product, I can already see the value after playing with it for some time this afternoon. I actually have to admit I’ve been playing with it for many hours now LOL. Very happy with the options and channels so far.
My one complaint is of course with the obnoxious branding on the chat widget when it’s minimized. I read through all the other reviews, and it looks like this is the #1 complaint by far. I would politely urge the team at JivoChat to consider removing the branding, or minimize it. If not, allow us to stack this deal to remove the branding, PLEASE.
This is a great product, but the branding is over the top and doesn’t look professional on our website.
