1. Integrations
– You asked, we listened. We’re increasing the number of integrations to 25 for all existing and new Sumo-lings who purchased codes.
– We’re making erxes Popups free (will not count towards the total number of integrations).
– The total number of integrations will be increased by 15 with each code.
– AND we decided to add Whatsapp, Viber, Wechat, Telegram, Line, Twitter integrations for FREE by early 2021.

2. SMS feature
– Australia and UK will be added to the list of available regions in the coming week or so! So now it is US, Canada, UK, and Australia.
– You can choose one number for your organization. It can be either a US, UK, Australian or Canadian number.
– As we need to balance things a bit, the monthly SMS limit is now 2,000. BUT those who have already purchased codes will keep their previous monthly limits of 8,000.
– The monthly SMS limit increases by 2,000 with each code.
– Please note that at the moment it is only one-way SMS. But don’t be discouraged! The two-way communication is in the pipelines (end of September 2020)

3. Invoicing and other feature requests

Okay so this is an early review to just get the tacos there that are deserved. The product is huge, each section is feature rich and well created. As with anything great there is a learning curve that needs to be learnt but I’m sure putting the time in now will save a mass of time in the long run. I’m glad there’s documentation and a walkthrough when you first come into the system and that helps greatly. While I’ve noticed people complain about the UI I think it’s not wrong, but different. You step many steps in settings rather than in the application you’re in. While this might feel confusing it’s fairly typical of higher end systems. You have to have a strong idea how you want your system to work and this is normally achieved by talking with someone in the know. Again putting some learning in now will make things a lot better and easier in the long run.

I’ve stacked 5 codes and while it is a massive investment I can see these guys are serious about the system and due to the way the UI flows I can see these guys have been using the competition for some time and know this is going to be a strong competitor in the future.

Get erxes while you can, cause I really think this will be one the ones people wished they had got when they had the chance!

Has some bugs, but support is very responsive. UI and onboarding – both are 7 STAR.
